Changing My Email Address

"Sign In" to your "My Kijiji" account at the top of the Homepage.

From the "My Kijiji" drop down menu, click “My Profile”.

Enter your new email address in the “Account Details” box.

Save the changes at the bottom of the page by confirming your current password.

A confirmation email will then be sent to your new and old address. Please follow the instructions provided.

Please note
  • This option is not available to unregistered users – register here!
  • Email addresses cannot be changed to ones that have been previously used to post on Kijiji.
  • Should an error occur, please contact our customer support team for help.
